Our Code of Ethics is the foundation for our commitment to legal and regulatory compliance, integrity, ethical conduct, and core values of The Cigna Group.
The Code of Ethics of The Cigna Group® drives compliant business practices and provides important and valuable guidance on ethical decision-making for our colleagues around the world. It supports our ability to live our values every day and enables us to truly embody our mission to improve the health and vitality of those we serve. It also defines the following core principles that guide our decisions and our actions.
On October 22, 2025, the Board of Directors of The Cigna Group adopted an updated and revised Code of Ethics and Principles of Conduct (the “Code”) as part of its periodic review process. The Code applies to all directors, officers and employees of The Cigna Group and its controlled subsidiaries. The updates and revisions to the Code, among other things, (1) clarify and revise provisions relating to compliance with laws and regulations, anti-corruption policies, anti-money laundering policies, economic sanctions, charitable contribution and conflicts of interest, and (2) make other non-substantive administrative, stylistic and typographical changes.
