Everett Neville

Everett Neville serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for The Cigna Group^SM. He is responsible for mapping the long-term growth strategy for The Cigna Group.

Previously, Neville served as the company's Senior Vice President, Value Creation, where he leveraged his more than 20 years of experience with Express Scripts^® to ensure a successful combination between The Cigna Group and Express Scripts, and launch the pharmacy, care, and benefits solutions provider, Evernorth Health Services^®.

Prior to the combination, Everett served as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Supply Chain and Specialty Pharmacy, and Chief Value Officer of Express Scripts. He joined Express Scripts in 1998 and held diverse leadership roles in several key businesses within the company, including oversight for clinical program management, account management, health plans, and pharma strategies and contracting. His pioneering approach to pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships and negotiations led to novel solutions that lower costs and improve care for patients.

A pharmacist by training, Everett was previously a regional director at Diagnostics Inc., and a staff pharmacist in the University of North Carolina hospital system.

Neville holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Neville also serves as Chair of the Board of Logos School, an independent therapeutic middle and high school in St. Louis.
