Jason Sadler

Jason Sadler is President of International Health (IH) business at Cigna Healthcare^® and a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team at The Cigna Group^®. He is committed to advancing the company’s mission to improve the health and vitality of the people it serves worldwide.

The IH business operates across more than 30 markets and jurisdictions, with a global workforce of over 13,000 colleagues. It serves a broad range of customers, including corporate employers, governments, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, other health care payers, and individual customers. Under Sadler’s leadership, IH has remained a global leader in mobile group health insurance while expanding its presence in individual and domestic health segments.

Sadler has led several landmark strategic partnerships and market entries, including the launch of the ManipalCigna joint venture in India in 2014, the acquisition of Zurich Insurance Middle East in 2017, and a joint venture in China with China Merchants Bank. In 2023, IH became the first international insurer licensed to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also led the acquisition of Nas Neuron Health Services, a leading UAE third party administrator, strengthening affordability and predictability through technology driven solutions.

Sadler has more than 30 years of global insurance leadership experience. He joined Cigna Healthcare in 2010 after 16 years with HSBC, where he served as Managing Director, Insurance Business in Hong Kong.
