Matt Perlberg

Matt Perlberg is President of the Evernorth Health Services^® pharmacy and care delivery businesses, including Accredo^® specialty pharmacy, CuraScript SD, Express Scripts Pharmacy^®, and MD Live, among others. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Customer Innovation for The Cigna Group^®, and is a member of the company’s Enterprise Leadership Team.

Under Perlberg's leadership, Evernorth’s pharmacy and care delivery businesses provide a best-in-class experience for patients and providers across multiple sites of care and channels. These businesses remain relentlessly focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Additionally, in his enterprise role, Perlberg oversees corporate strategy and helps bring new customer-centric solutions to market that strengthen how the company delivers value to customers.

Perlberg joined Evernorth in 2013 and has held leadership roles across pharmacy, corporate strategy, and supply chain. He brings deep expertise in health care strategy, drug sourcing, supply chain management, and more, along with a strong track record of developing and scaling innovative solutions. Prior to joining The Cigna Group, Perlberg was a management consultant with Bain & Company.

Perlberg serves on the board of The Cigna Group Foundation, which supports and partners with nonprofit organizations addressing society’s greatest health challenges. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation’s Mid-America Chapter, which is dedicated to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School.
